A True Story:

In an argument, when you end your rebuttals with a smiley, it eventually becomes a battle of who gets to look like the “angel” in the end. 

The one who would look like an asshole would be the one who mocked his opponent all the way. The one who actually wins it was the meek and humble contender who expressed her desire to respect her opponent’s opinions despite his mockery, and maintained her composure.

That is called…”maturity”. Most of us never reached that point…and I have yet to learn that sad fact again today. 

To be honest, I almost reached the boiling point. Thank God I’m way too posh to mock people just because I can’t get the analogy behind their opinions.

Sometimes you just have to understand that some people aren’t as posh as you are. Again…another sad fact.

P.S. “Posh”, in my lexicon, roughly translates into “dangerously crafty and intelligent” in Standard English.
